To discharge it, we have established the following privacy policy and hereby declare that we shall make a full effort to protect personal information.

(1) Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We shall comply with laws, regulations and guidelines regarding the protection of personal information and shall establish this privacy policy and other internal rules and continuously improve them.

(2) Information Management
We shall follow relevant laws, regulations and guidelines to take necessary measures in order to prevent leakage, loss, falsification and unauthorized use of personal information, and shall manage it in a proper manner.

(3) Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
In order to perform our business appropriately and smoothly, we may appropriately acquire personal information. In this case, we shall inform the said person of the purpose of use in advance and use the acquired information to the extent necessary to achieve such purpose.

(4) Provision of Personal Information to Third Party
We shall not provide personal information to any third parties without the consent of the person to which such information belongs if the recipient does not fall under the category of a third party in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, or guidelines. If we provide personal information to an outsourcing contractor, we shall take necessary measures to protect such information and supervise the contractor appropriately.

(5) Disclosure and Correction
If a person makes a request to disclose or correct his/her personal information, then we shall confirm the identity of the said person and then promptly respond to the request within the reasonable scope in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines. 

We shall use customers’ personal information for our business activities regarding liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum, carbon materials, housing equipment, machinery and equipment, facility work, building renovation, lifestyle-related services, and real estate leasing, as well as for providing information regarding after-sales services and other notifications.
